작가노트

I re-examine our existence through the usage of virtual reality as a medium. I am interested in the disruptive space between the 'real' and the 'virtual' that occurs in concurrence with disruptions of subject formation. The constant oscillation of subjectivity experienced by the viewer in virtual reality through moments of immersion and recognition of artifice is precisely what I explore for the reason that I believe this is one of the fundamental functions of art: to enable the viewer to displace herself, in subjectivity and in spacetime.
